Media Ignores Rick Perry Hidden Ideology
Media ignores that Rick Perry signed warrantless search law.Rick Perry is simply on a quest for a higher elected office. He refused to sign a bill prohibiting texting while driving (because there are one hell of a lot of voters who drive). But he signed a bill that establishes a “Gestapo” type pet police that will have the power to come onto a Texan’s property and even into their homes without a warrant. This UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW will show you what Rick Perry thinks about freedom!Do the math; Rick Perry did! Animal
right activists outnumber (have more votes) than animal breeders.
Even though coliseums and convention centers are full of animal
breeders at horse, cattle, dog and cat shows, all over the nation, Rick
Perry figures there aren’t enough votes there to uphold constitutional
principals. And add injury to insult the dog breeders of Texas will have to pay over $1000 in fees and registration costs to support these searches. It was presented to the legislature as revenue neutral. In other words, it won’t cost the government a dime. Let’s get the pet breeders to pay for it. After all it is a violation of their constitutional rights, it is only fitting they pay for the intrusion. Does Rick Perry think I'm a criminal for breeding award winning show dogs? Isn't this my happiness to pursue and the privacy of my home a God given right? Rick Perry disagrees and sign HB 1451. Media ignores Rick Perry hidden ideology
I’m a dog breeder. I own 11 AKC Champion dogs and I’m part of the group, that over time, has changed the ravenous wild wolf into the friendly and happy domesticated dog. So, if you are thankful there isn’t a wolf sleeping in your bed tonight, then you can thank me and men like me. I think of breeding fine show quality animals as progress and I don’t think it should be against the law. Not incrementally against the law… not against the law EVER! The new law represents classic government overreach. It violates constitutional protections against unreasonable search and seizure. This new “dog Gestapo” will be able to enter people’s property without the owner even being present. Life in America is supposed to be protected from this sort of government… we have until recently in our history been a free people. This bill will burden responsible breeders. When the government establishes a pet police to come onto people’s property and even their homes without a warrant while they aren’t even there, then people will be afraid to leave their home. They will naturally feel the need to stay home to protect their property. Imagine that… in America… people afraid to leave their homes, for FEAR OF THE GOVERNMENT. Take me for example, I teach. I leave the house and get paid to teach young people how beautiful the system works and how they are protected by the constitution and out famous political tradition. I’m up in front of the class laying it on very positive, “You love this country and you are going to be rich.” But, in the back of my mind I’m wondering if the "dog police" are inside my home going to confiscate everything because one of the dogs has knocked over his water dish. “The dogs didn’t have water.” Or “These dogs look thin, malnourished.” A true quote about my Salukis from an animal rights freak working for the government. He had no idea what a Saluki was supposed to looked like. And they will be at your home to harass you -- legally harass you. Thank you, Governor Perry!!! I honestly think they see it as a revenue stream. They can sell (adopt out) my expensive show dogs some worth $10,000s for $230. My life's work (breeding generations of award winning show dogs) sold for adoption fees to keep the "dog government" running. All they have to do is make up some reason. Come into your home, take what they want. Do an internet search and you will learn how breeders are persecuted. “They have algae growing in their water.” or “They were kept in a crate.” Most of the seizures I read about smell funny. Part of my job is to teach young people how
the nation was formed and what protections are written into the system
now. And basically there are 27 things that the British did to make us
want to start a new nation. So
it makes sense that when they got around to forming the new nation, they
would write provisions to prevent such future abuses. Media ignores Rick Perry hidden ideologyRick Perry is NOT a lover of freedom. Don’t be fooled.
We have the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution because the British used General writs of assistance. They played a central role in the difficulties that led to the American Revolution and the creation of the United States of America. The British would give officers the power to search homes and a person's property without giving or having a reason. These general writs were even transferable; so if a policeman were to get tired of searching homes, then he could just hand if over to another policeman. Any place could be searched at the whim of the holder, and searchers were not responsible for any damage they caused. This put anyone who had such a writ above the law. And now how far is Rick Perry from George III of England? Media ignores Rick Perry hidden ideologyRICK PERRY IS NO CONSERVATIVE. HE WILL DO OR SAY OR SIGN ANY LAW THAT MAKES HIS PATH TO THE WHITE HOUSE EASY. FORGET THE PEOPLE, THE POLICY OR THE PRINCIPLE AY ISSUE!!!! BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE, VOTE AGAINST THIS TYRANT!!!Alan Nafzger PS: My warning to America is NEVER elect a man, who as a school boy, paid more attention to his 4H project (a feeder steer) than his study of the RIGHTS OF MAN!!!
